Romeo
Eastern Rosella (Male)
DOB: 2008
Romeo is quite the whistler and can whistle the Andy Griffith theme song as well as The Addams Family. He likes when you whistle or sing to him and he can whistle back. He has a strict Look-but-don’t-touch. Romeo is VERY easily startled so would do best in a calm area of the house.

Rupert
Eastern Rosella (Male)
DOB: 2021
Rupert is a little spicy and likes to chatter at you if you are too close to his food! Rupert has a strict Look-but-don’t-touch. Rupert is VERY easily startled so would do best in a calm area of the house where you relax
Rupert is missing his right foot due to a parent inflicted injury when he was just a fledgling, but he gets around his cage JUST fine!

Ash
Timneh African Gray (Male)
DOB: 2008
Came in with Ember. They were originally caged together but Ash got a little snippy with her so I’ve kept them in separate cages since. Despite Gray’s being known for talking, Ash doesn’t. He likes to whistle.
Ash likes to be interacted with, but it takes him a while to come out of his cage. I leave the doors open for him and Ember in the evenings and they’ll eventually wander out.
He has some previous plucking to his chest, but it’s begun growing back in, and he hasn’t continued plucking since being here.
Weight 310g. DNA certificate and disease test results.

Flora (Albino)
Parakeet Female
DOB: early 2026
Young little girl. Skittish but not mean. Would just need someone to work with her to bring her out of her shell. She makes beautiful little chirps. Currently lives with Hendrix and would like to see them stay together or at the very least be paired with another or other parakeets.

Victoria (PENDING)
Orange Wing Amazon (Female)
DOB: 2001
Victoria is one of 5 birds that came in together. She came from an unfortunate situation where diet and cage maintenance were not what they should be. She is not tame yet, but very curious. She is mom to Beaker, Sonny, and Miles. She is quite chatty and will make all sorts of excited sounds.

Beaker
Orange Wing Amazon (Male)
DOB: 2017
Beaker is one of 5 birds that came in together. He came from an unfortunate situation where diet and cage maintenance were not what they should be. He is not tame yet, but not aggressive. He was malnourished at his intake vet exam so we’re focusing on healthy gain with proper nutrition. He eagerly takes formula feedings for supplementation. He is the offspring of Victoria and sibling to Sonny and Miles. Out of the siblings, he is the most confident and willing to try new things.

Oliver & Jazz (special accommodations)
Dusky Conures (Male & Female, bonded)
DOB: 2000 & 2001
Oliver and Jazz are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Jazz is reserved and doesn’t like to be handled but is very sweet with Oliver and watches over him. Oliver is a complete lover. Very gentle and kind. Jazz is missing one of her feet from when she was young and has a stump but gets around without a problem. Oliver lost most of his toes to trauma shortly before intake and only has two left. He is able to bear weight on them but not grasp so his cage must have flat perches to accommodate. Both of them are fully flighted, however, and get to wherever they want to be!
*Joined the flock 3/8/26
Ember
Timneh African Gray (Female)
DOB: 1990
Came in with Ash. They were originally caged together but Ash got a little snippy with so I’ve kept them in separate cages since. She is extremely calm but gets excited and dances when given treats! Despite Gray’s being known for talking, Ember doesn’t.
Ember likes to be interacted with even a bit more than Ash, but it also takes her a while to come out. She does eventually like to get down and walk around and explore but can be slightly nippy.
Weight 285g. DNA certificate and disease test results.

DOB: 2017
Sonny is one of 5 birds that came in together. He came from an unfortunate situation where diet and cage maintenance were not what they should be. He is not tame yet. He is the offspring of Victoria and sibling to Beaker and Miles. He is probably the shyest of the boys.

Rex (JR)
Green Wing Macaw (Male)
DOB: 2007
Rex (AKA JR) originally had a home in a rescue after being found abandoned in a not so great location. His previous owner adopted him from there and will have a say in his final home. He came to us from that loving home where they just needed to downsize the larger birds they had and the owners wanted to know he’d be taken care of for good. Rex came over with Blu (Marco). He’s quite gentle with his beak but not a big fan of being pet. He mostly likes to hang out in the same room on his perch and just observe. He’s very calm and almost never screams. His chest does have mostly gray down feathers where he previously plucked. He has not while here with us or his previous owner.
